CREAMY-BELLIED THRUSH Turdus amaurochalinus
In most of the country the Creamy-bellied is the commonest urban Thrush. They frequently forage on the ground, sometimes gathering in numbers where food is plentiful. Characteristically this species pumps the tail up and down, especially upon alighting. To the Guaraní he is the Korochire, in reference to one of his many and varied calls.
