SPOT-BILLED TOUCANET Selendiera maculirostris ATLANTIC FOREST
The beautiful Spot-billed Toucanet is the smallest and most secretive of the Paraguayan Toucans. Unlike other species they are not gregarious, living in pairs hopping around in dense vegetation, often the only clue to their presence being the distinctly frog-like call.
