TERNETZīS SWAMP FROG Pseudopaludicola ternetzi
Pseudopaludicola is a genus of tiny frogs with thin scratchy calls that are frequently mistaken for juveniles of larger species. This is the largest Paraguayan member of the genus, reaching a monstrous 35mm in head and body length. It is found in Brazil and Paraguay, where it has been recorded principally in the northern Orient and eastern Chaco.
