BEARDED TACHURI Polystictus pectoralis NEAR THREATENED
The little Bearded Tachuri is a dumpy little grassland flycatcher that is usually quite secretive in behaviour, flitting about in natural tall grasslands. They have declined alarmingly over their range and their conservation is confounded by the fact that little is known about their movements.
