CREAMY-BELLIED GNATCATCHER Polioptila lactea
ATLANTIC FOREST NEAR THREATENED
In the Atlantic Forest lives this charismatic gnatcatcher, a habitual inhabitant of canopy flocks. As the scores of birds flit through the canopy listen out for his distinctive nasal, buzzy call, not unlike that of his more widespread, dry-country relative the Masked Gnatcatcher.
