SPECKLED-BELLIED FROG Leptodactylus podicipinus
One of the smaller members of its family, the Speckled-bellied Frog reaches a maximum of just 4cm in length. Males sing from low in vegetation during the breeding season and after mating, females build a floating foam nest that keeps the eggs hydrated during periods of dryness.
