PLAIN TYRANNULET Inezia inornata
This breeding southern migrant is one of a group of confusing small tyrannulets. Distributed mainly in the Chaco the species is best identified by its constant, buzzy vocalisations. The main confusion species, White-crested Tyrannulet and Grey-capped Tyrannulet are both mainly winter visitors to the Chaco, but beware as some hang around when the others have left!
