DWARF TREE-FROG Dendropsophus nanus
A tiny, tree-frog barely larger than your thumb-nail. Despite their small size they are active all year round, usually perching fairly low in bushy vegetation overhanging water from where males call looking for a mate. This species is easily confused with the Lesser Tree-Frog which is also capable of changing colour, though note the distinctive pattern of the upperparts of that species!
