CURL-CRESTED JAY Cyanocorax cristatellus CERRADO
The Curl-crested does, as his name suggests, have a curly crest. Noisy troops maraud around the cerrado savanna, constantly on the look out for food and squawking noisly in a most unattractive manner. Though his vocal ability leaves much to be desired, he is a handsome bird decked out in blue, black and white.
