DUSKY TITI Callicebus pallescens
Up in the Chaco lives a fourth species of monkey, the oddly-named Dusky Titi which inhabits both subhumid and drier scrub forests. It is a diurnal species, usually encountered in small family groups consisting of an adult pair and their offspring. It is an approachable species and as a result is often captured to be kept as a pet.
